The demerger approval is the best thing that could happen to Tata Motors shareholders. Passenger EV business was always getting an unfair conglomerate discount because of the cyclical CV division. JLR operating cash flows are insane right now.

Look at the net automotive debt path. They were sitting on over ₹48,000 Cr debt three years back, and now management is confident of zero net debt this fiscal. That alone saves thousands of crores in quarterly interest payout.

Chart has an unfilled gap at ₹940 from last Monday's opening jump. If Nifty sees any morning weakness tomorrow, I'm expecting Tata Motors to test ₹945 before making the next leg towards ₹1,020. I have limit orders stacked between 945-950.
